Let’s face it, the day that spring hits, the temperatures do not match and for some winter feels like it goes on for weeks on end.  So, since we’re still feeling the  winter temps we might as well take boots into spring.  The good news is, retailers need to make room for the spring so winter boots tend to go on sale right about now.  You get to wear the boots you always wanted for a few more weeks and pack them away for next year, giving you a semi-brand new pair of boots for next fall/winter.  Here are boots I’ve been eyeing and how you can style them well into the spring!

Pair your winter ankle boots with a spring-like floral dress for a rustic look.

This Halston Heritage bootie is like a pump! Pair it with a skirt or dress with patterned stockings for a fashion-forward look.

You can definitely get away with a winter bootie with a floral motif for spring.  Pair it with a pair of skinny jeans.  A shoe so busy needs a clean look.  Jeans, t-shirt, and spring colored moto jacket is perfect!

I love a good ankle bootie with a maxi dress! This is the perfect pair.

White boots in the winter is tres risqué and total fashion! In the spring it’s more acceptable, pair it with your best spring dress for that first warm to cool day!

In the winter a peep-toe bootie paired with patterned or colored tights are fun. Simply remove the tights for your first springtime pedi and have fun with a Canadian tuxedo denim skirt and denim shirt!

A velvet workboot in the winter is tricky, especially around snow.  Take this chunky boots into spring with a knit cardigan and jeans for a casual weekend out and about.

These booties are all weather! Pair them with denim shorts, distressed jean, a flannel wrapped around your waist and a t-shirt!

A sock bootie is great with a dress of course. However, pairing them with a good pair of leggings and an oversized sweatshirt can make it an athleisure look for spring.
