I’m so Vintage & Charmed: 80s inspired
Talk about your ultimate closet! Vintage and Charmed located at 1231 Good Hope Road, SE Washington, DC is a gem of a find! After my initial visit I was hooked. The boutique is filled with racks of UNBELIEVABLE fashion finds. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner a style aficionado herself. Affectionately known as Ms. Fe Fe, Lynette McNeill-Voss is the owner of Vintage and Charmed, a quaint little vintage boutique with with big style! After several years of life happening, Lynette worked for and managed several clothing stores, owned and operated several kiosks in local malls in the DMV, gave several Fashion Shows displaying all of her fabulous finds and finally she decided to open a boutique of her very own. That’s when Vintage & Charmed was born! Lynette takes great pleasure searching and finding all of the one-of-a-kind fashions that reside in her boutique
My recent piece from the boutique is an 80s leather, suede and sequin bomber jacket. That’s right the 80s are back and I love it! From the runways of NYFW earlier this month we found out that this fall and winter we will be clad in 80s glam! The boutique has a great mix of all eras and sizes. This bomber jacket is XXL which is great because we always wore our jackets baggy back then. Before your head out to Vintage and Charmed take a look at the runways, make a list and ask Ms. FeFe to help you shop, she has a great eye for style!
I paired my bomber with a slim fitting jumpsuit. Always pair a baggy piece with a slim fitting piece. Baggy jeans & a body suit or oversized sweater and leggings remember to balance your look!
