WELLNESS WEDNESDAY: Benefits to Detoxing with RESTART


Hey!!!! Well I have some bad news… I didn’t start! I started to feel under the weather, needless to say it was a rough week.  So I am dedicating this blog to sharing my research on Restart and prepping myself for a start in a couple of days!

1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango (heaping)
½ cup pineapple (heaping)
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (I used Silk brand)
1 cup of spinach, packed
Juice of 1 lime
